Section Upgrades

Adds a few upgraded ship sections. This is a very simple mod, the game should still feel very vanilla. 4 Eng techs, they upgrade the utility slots of the 4 basic ship types. 4 Physics techs, they upgrade the weapon slots of the 4 basic ship types. Engineering Expertise: Corvette, Adds 1 small slot worth of utility slots, and an aux slot. Engineering Expertise: Destroyer, Adds 2 small slots worth of utility slots, and an aux slot. Engineering Expertise: Cruiser, Adds 4 small slots worth of utility slots, and an aux slot. Engineering Expertise: Battleship, Adds 8 small slots worth of utility slots, and an aux slot. Electronics Expertise: Corvette, Adds 1 small slot worth of weapon slots. Electronics Expertise: Destroyer, Adds 2 small slots worth of weapon slots. Electronics Expertise: Cruiser, Adds 4 small slots worth of weapon slots. Electronics Expertise: Battleship, Adds 8 small slots worth of weapon slots.
