Merger of Portraits [3.4]

This patch is designed to clean up and update broken code found in the required portraits mods. In addition to making them usable in Stellaris' current version, this mod condenses all portraits into the regular PDX species classes, i.e. Molluscoids, Plantoids, Humanoids etc. Yes, I am that much obsessive about it. I don't like a messy portrait screen. Oh and I also add the Shroudwalkers and the Salvagers as Humanoids cause they're kinda cool. Due to the amount of flags condensed in one category, you need UIOD or another UI overhaul to display scrollbars.
