[4.1] Galactic Core Enabled

Makes the Galactic Core smaller and also enables it for gameplay. It is now smaller (10% of the radius of the galaxy rather than 30%), but it contains 25% of the stars. This mod, however, does not add a center for ring, cartwheel, and spoked galaxies, because them not having a core is kinda the point. But elliptical, barred, and all spiral shapes will have a core now. ##Compatibility## Galactic Core Enabled overwrites/modifies the files on "Stellaris\map\galaxy\galaxy_shapes.txt"
