Shattered Ring Shipset Fix [Deprecated]

3. 2❌ use Ringworld Graphical Enhancements by Corsairmarks instead, it does the same + much more! It does fix the bug with the Shattered Ring Origin's Ringworld not showing up with the selected shipset. By firing an event on empire initiation that, if the Shattered Ring Origin was selected, searches all Ringworld parts in the starting system and adds the graphical culture (shipset) to it. Ruined and demolished ring sections are probably not included in most shipsets and will therefore look standard(mammalian). Compatible with any shipset. Might have problems with system scale mods, if the ruined sections aren't scaled down or the compatibility patches for shipsets don't include she ruined sections.
