This started as a patch for Relytor's Empire United to work with Ethics and Civics Alternative - Redux, however, with subsequent game updates I was down to two files that hadn't been updated and brought over, so I did. It didn't really represent the unity of your empire. I believed it was time for an overhaul. Pop Unity Production Each pop now produces a base amount of unity, depending on their ethics: 0. 5 Unity, if they have the same ethic as the empire's fanatic ethic 0. 3 Unity, if they have the same ethic as the empire's non-fanatic ethic No Unity, if they neither share nor oppose the empire's ethos -0. 2 Unity, if they have the opposing ethic of the empire's non-fanatic ethic -0. 3 Unity, if they have the opposing ethic of the empire's fanatic ethic Unity from Jobs Jobs that originally produced Unity now double the base unity of the pop working the job, increases the unity from pops, and increases Governing Ethic Attraction on the planet. This represents the influential status they have in society.
