!Patch - ECA - All in One - No Name Empires

Rolls up my current Ethics & Civics Alternative No Name Empire patches into one mod. This should avoid the game spawning empires with no names and filling your error log about empires trying to spawn with invalid government types. NOTE: This will conflict with other mods you have. I recommend getting the most recent release (or pre-release) of Irony Mod Manager and patching your setup with it. NOTE: I've split the Real Space and/or Real Sol Textures changes to separate patches. You will need ECA Redux, Ariphaos patch and Extra Fallen Empires to use this, all other "required" mods are optional. (though if you don't want to use EFE just delete the EFE related file on your disk - just be aware steam will add it back every time I update) See the collection to see other options available to you.
