7-1-2021: Honorary options now available to Spiritualists and Egalitarians. Kinda self-serving. Feeling Xenophobic but still want those useful Xeno traits and cute Xeno portraits? Enact planetary decision “Honorary Decree” to start legally declaring planet pops subspecies of yours. Want a more species-specific option? Click free edict "Enable Honorary Menu" and then genemod the species you want to honorarily declare. Also works for Authoritarians and Xenophiles for the ultimate love one species can give another. Available to Xenophobes, Xenophiles, and Authoritarians; renames subspecies.
