AI Aggression

The premise is simple - make the AI much more hostile and aggressive for a combat-centric game. This hostility will make diplomacy more difficult! You have been warned! 1 - Triples the aggression, border friction, and claim threat of all AI players 2 - Minor changes to each AI personality's preferred weapon type and hull/armor/shield mix. 3 - Adds a default -50 opinion modifier for player empires. Note with effective diplomacy you can still befriend AI players.
