Mod originally coded with @Kerberos An edict is available for the first human-controlled empire that uses it, to manipulate the game settings for this mod - Activate for all human-controlled empires (by default it is active at game start) - Deactivate for all human-controlled empires - Activate for all AI-controlled empires - Deactivate for all AI-controlled empires ⚠️Compatibility⚠️ Should be compatible with near any other mod, recommended to put it at the bottom of the mod list. ⚠️Disclaimer⚠️ Starbase upkeep trigger strange interactions with starbase costs, so starbases must have upkeep.
