More Habitable Planets

This mod makes the game spawn more habitable planets. The slider still works as normal, going from 0. 25x to 5x, but the values are multiplied by 4. Which means a modded slider value of 1x equals 4. 0x of vanilla Another example: 0. 5x modded value would equal 2. 0x vanilla value. You get the deal :P Not ironman compatible.
