Fixed Hyena Portraits

This is a fixed version of Silfae's wonderful Animated Hyena Portraits , adjusted to work for Stellaris v. 2. 3. 3. I did not create these portraits; this was done by Silfae. I simply rewrote some of the related code to make it work better with Stellaris 2. 3. 3. If the original author wishes for this version to be removed or for the fixes to be sent to them, please let me know. Fixes: Clothing should now display properly depending on leader class etc; no more oversized human shirts Fixed an issue of male ruler clothing not displaying properly Re-wrote custom civ.
