Megastructure Removal

Delete your complicated toasters that are unwanted and unloved! First, you must use a decision on a star. This decision marks the system as a target for searching for megas. You get an edict that you can trigger, which fires an event. This event selects a random megastructure in any marked system, and asks if you want to delete it. You can use the Jump To feature on the event to see which megastructure it is. The random megastructure is as accurate as I can get right now with an event. If you want something more accurate, and have access to the console you can paste this into it to delete your currently selected megastructure. effect delete_megastructure = this BE CAREFUL TO SELECT THE MEGASTRUCTURE FIRST, OR BAD THINGS WILL HAPPEN.
