Small-Scale Planets

This mod Downscales planets to have a more realistic look without changing the system scale, therefore preserving vannilla balance and gameplay. I wanted to find a realistic scaling mod that does not change the system scale. This matters because as off Stellaris 2. 0 ships need to cross entire systems to traverse the galaxy. To my suprise there where none, so I made this mod. Update: - Planet rings modified to be more visible due to dimming caused by downscale. - Star scale slightly downscaled to look less cartoony compared to the downsized planets. - Neutron stars, pulsars and black holes downscaled to look a bit more realistic.
