Russian Portraits

This mod adds a Russian "species" to the game, separate from humans, in a new "Russian" category. It also adds a new "Russian" set of buildings and a Russian name list. The portraits vary a little depending on what government the species has. For a specific few government types, the Russian portrait set switches over to "Soviet" clothes, which change what clothes the ruler and generals wear. The "Soviet" governments are Irenic Bureaucracy Irenic Dictatorship Totalitarian Regime Technocratic Dictatorship Hive Mind Devouring Swarm Bandit Commune Outside of those specific government types, the Russian portrait set will utilize cossack clothes for generals and tsarist clothes for the ruler.
