Printer Pilot

Printer automation using Stacker for quantity choice; auto-resume. Optional displays, auto-request, Vending Mach.​ Features Printer Pilot, as the name suggests, is an enhancement for the printers in the game, adding among other things selective batch printing of items by using the settings wheel / dial on the Stacker. Freatures include: Batching printing, setup via Stacker. Auto-resume printing, if a job was interrupted due to missing reagents. Optional hash display; showing ingots being requested or current item recipe. Optional LED display, showing batch quantity / remaining left to print (color coded, see below) Optional auto-request of ingots from Vending Machine, using a Sorter for filtering. Automatic idle time-out shutdown, after 2 minutes. Setting things up The printer and the Stacker are both required. The script will not work without them. Optionally, you can add a Console with a Hash Display board and an LED display for showing batch quantities. Both of these are power controlled by Printer Pilot. The final upgrade to the setup, is adding a Sorter and a Vending Machine that can supply ingots. Both of these are not power controlled by Printer Pilot and should be left on. For examples, please see the attached screenshots. Printer Operation Turning the printer on, will also turn the Stacker on as well as any of the optional displays if they are configured. Pick the recipe in the printer as you normally would, then manipulate the wheel / dial on the Stacker to determine how many of the selected recipe you want printed. Once you are satisfied with the setup, hit the Activate button on the printer. Should the printer either run low or out of a particular reagent (metal) during printing, it will of course stop as it normally would. If the quantity display is attached, the number switches to red but still shows the remaining amount of items in the batch.
