By Default:
Use Ctrl key to slow down by a 0. 3 ratio
While holding the Walk Key (ctrl), you can use the mouse wheel to adjust the speed by increments of 0. 1
Edit Settings:
Open the mod list menu with P
Click on the Walk button
You can edit the Speed ratio (usually 0. 1 to 1. 0 - high values will cause Cal to go in random directions)
You can edit the Walk Key by clicking on the button and pressing the desired key twice.
