T21 no Improved Handling Barrel Attachment Mod

Removes the ugly barrel mod model and replaces it with the stock one, so you no longer have to chose between performance and appearance.

Affects gameplay files so use online at your own risk yada yada, should be safe though since the game isn't being updated anymore and every other gameplay file-affecting mod of the same type is safe.
