NT242 to Scoped T21

Simple mod that replaces the NT-242 model and animations with those of the T-21 with a permanently attached scope. The NT-242 is kind of ugly to me with the rails everywhere and I love the T-21, so I figured I'd make this since it's the only other weapon in the game that is big and bulky enough to give the appearance a tank-buster. Made it so the improved cooling and disruptor shot mods add the burst mode mod model for a bit of visual variety.

Currently uses vanilla sounds and projectiles, may make an optional version with the T-21 sounds and projectiles if people request it though.

Affects gameplay files so use online at your own risk yada yada, should be safe though since the game isn't being updated anymore and every other gameplay file-affecting mod of the same type is safe.
