Capital Supremacy VFX for Instant Action

This mod adds various content from the online-only Capital Supremacy mode to offline Instant Action.

Instant Action Supremacy Features:

- Capital ships in combat above the playfield

- Capital Supremacy intro cutscenes on prequel maps

- Capital Supremacy outro cutscenes for all maps

Instant Action Attack/Defend Features:

- Removes blur from Attack/Defend mode outros

Bonus Features:

- Compatible with nude Grievous

Known Issues:

- Most outros display a duplicate of the ship being destroyed. Looking into a fix.

- Hoth and Tatooine outros have missing assets.

- AI teammates often spawn before intros end, leaving you behind initially.
