Vendor terminal for outposts, player homes and ships - includes a terminal in the lodge basement
A new vendor terminal in the lodge with selectable options for contraband purchase, instant reset, and increased credits.
Enhanced inventory for Starborn users, credit scale with its own built in, that works with "default" in-game credits as well.
(By default, all are enabled, credits are at baseline.)
Allows placement of a floor kiosk in outposts, player homes and ships.
Achievement friendly version forthcoming which will incur XP penalties for playing without skill requirements, Contraband, and Credit increases.
