Description

Void Concerto is a classical space music replacer inspired by the quiet elegance of 2001: A Space Odyssey.

This mod replaces Starfield’s three vanilla space music tracks with three curated sets of classical music, creating a calmer, more mysterious and more graceful atmosphere for space travel, ships, stations and the silent void between worlds.

Unlike a dramatic orchestral soundtrack, this mod is designed to stay subtle. The music has been lowered in volume and processed with a soft, distant, radio-like texture, making it feel as if it is playing from another room, somewhere inside the ship, or far away in the background. It is meant to add atmosphere without constantly drawing attention to itself.

All music used in this mod is based on public-domain or freely available classical music recordings/versions. These are not the original recordings from 2001: A Space Odyssey.
