Vasco - All ship perks

Gives Vasco or any shipmate all the relevant ship perks

This playthrough its just my character and my ship guard Vasco. He stays at the ship when I'm out adventuring.

Just two bat files. One for Vasco, the other if you don't have Vasco or want to add the perks to other shipmates

place txt files in the root folder of the game (where the exe is)
