Infinite Boost for Rev-8 - Deimog - Moon Jumper Vehicles

Simple small master that sets the boost to be infinite for the Rev-8, Deimog, and Moon jumper vehicles. Also increases buoyancy.

Main file also adds a "Sealed" cabin for Deimog and Moon jumper. Alternate file is only infinite boost and better buoyancy.

Requires the Rev-8 (sfbgs004.esm) and Deimog (sfbgs019.esm) and Moon jumper (sfbgs047) update to Starfield

If you want to increase the games default height limit run this command (for version 1. 0)

setgs fVehicleBoostCeiling 1000

Updated version (Version 1. 1)

Increased buoyancy of both vehicles slightly (less chance of water leaking in the vehicle). Increased boost height limit to 1000, games default is 80 (no need to run the command).

Updated version (Version 1. 2)

Increased buoyancy of both vehicles rear tires slightly from version 1. 1, the vehicles float evenly now (original game version has the rear way less buoyant - looks like it sinking in the rear). The front tires use the values from 1. 1.  Still has the increased boost height limit to 1000.

Added handling flag "wheel cast type" to both vehicles. It helps slightly with bouncing off of rocks.

Added keyword to Deimog "Sealed" and added that keyword to ENV_CND_InSealedEnvironment list so that the vehicle will acted like it a sealed environment.

Keeps all the other changes from 1. 2
