You can loot off the dead bodies of Va'ruun NPCs.
You can craft at the industrial workbench.
You can also use the console commands by pressing ~ and typing Help VaruunX to get the ID number.
Then type in player.additem NumberHere 1

FOLLOW THESE STEPS IF YOU HAVE UPDATED, OR THE ITEMS DONT SHOW IN STORE
-Remove items from character, and then save the game with the old version uninstalled.
-After that you should be able to install the new version without any problems.
-For items to show up in stores wait 48 hours in game.
