Edit: I actually stopped using this mod almost immediately, but leaving it up as some people prefer it. :)
Any changes to NPCs you have already encountered during a playthrough require targeting them and typing "resurrect" in console. Otherwise it will just wait til next time.
I'm not sure if the size variation changes apart from NG or NG+, but it should help a tiny bit.
