Transmutable And Reworked Starborn Spacesuits

Description

Starborn Spacesuits are some of the cooler looking suits in the game, but serve little purpose other than to be starting cash for your next NG+ run due to their poor stats.  You're also stuck with the suit you have, with no way to obtain previously owned suits earlier in your unity journey.  And now with Terran Armada, they are completely outclassed by items you can simply buy.

This mods focus is to make the various Starborn Spacesuits be useful gear, and homogenize the stats between all variants, so that what suit you wear is a cosmetic choice rather than a stat based one.

Main features

Transmutation

You can now "Transmute" your Starborn spacesuits to variants you have previously had in other universes at an industrial workbench, as long as you have the original suit and some caelumite.

As an example, if you have a ng+4 suit, you can turn it into the ng+1,2 and 3 suits.  If you later decide you don't like these suits, you can transmute back to your highest tier suit, or in this example, 4.

Transmuting will wipe the armor of all attachments, upgrades, and legendary effects.

Suit Rework

Starborn suits have been reworked to be useful pieces of equipment, worth investing into.

Every Starborn Suit has been given the same exact resistance stats, in line with Terran Armada fullbody spacesuits balancing.  Use whatever variant you prefer, with no stat penalty.

Starborn Suits now have the same attachments as Terran Armada fullbody spacesuits.

Starborn Suits now have upgradeable quality tiers added in Free Lanes.

Requirements

While not required, my Fullbody Spacesuit Upgrade Fix will fix a bug with the game that causes Fullbody spacesuits to use Boostpack quality tiers instead of Fullbody quality tiers, my stat lines are balanced around this fix.
