Starfield Extended - Craftable Quality Extended - LMR Legendary Qualities

This mod is the crafting recipes for Starfield Extended - Craftable Quality Extended's quality tiers 15-20, and also a new legendary mod called Bag Of Holding. It's a separate plugin because it uses Legendary Module Recycler's Legendary Cores as a crafting component, so therefore has an additional mod requirement.
