This mods change the texture of the most commons science lab outfit you will encounter in game.
A lot of mission are in those "science facility" or "rechearch lab" where you will encounter a lot of dead bodies wearing differents scientifics labs coat and hazmat suit.
In a lore-wise perspective, it's make sens to retexture those clothes with imperial logo and tarkin initiative logo.
