Spacers EIT Z Distributed

I really enjoy all of zone79's work. One of my favorite mods is EIT Clothiers Plus, which provides really cool cyberpunkish themed outfits. But, I don't want to be the only one wearing these cool outfits, I want to see more of them. Therefore, I made this mod.

1) Distributes headwear, eyewear, masks, vests, jackets, pants/shorts, gloves, and other gear randomly to Spacer NPCs. This will result in hundreds of different and unique combinations.

2) NPCs will wear these outfits when conditions don't require space suits, for example: interiors. The NPCs will wear space suits when conditions require them to. This mod doesn't change this mechanic, the game engine determines this. (Occasionally, Starfield determines that NPCs will wear their spacesuits instead of the outfits. I don't mind this, as it provides variety.)

I got inspiration from gtaman9's Remove Spacer spacesuits in breathable conditions mod. However, I wanted more variety in the outfits, so I used the magic of Todd's leveled lists to achieve that.

This mod works/pairs well with zone79's Creation: Starfield Spacer Overhaul, which gives spacers custom spacesuits.
