📋 About This Mod
The aim of this mod is to do only one thing, and do it well.
Smart Heal is a reusable potion. It is intended to replace the Med Pack in your quick slot menu. It looks just like a Med Pack, but it has an illustrious chrome finish.
When used it will equip a healing item (Med Pack, Trauma Pack or Emergency Kit) if the player's health is below the Healing Threshold (80%).
The item chosen depends on the following criteria:
- Med Packs are prioritised outside of combat.
- Trauma Packs are prioritised during combat.
- Emergency Kits are prioritised during combat if health is below the Emergency Threshold (30%).
A notification will inform you how many of each item is remaining.
Threshold values and the notification can be adjusted/toggled using the included Real Time Form Patcher (RTFP) file. This is entirely optional and not required.
You can turn the mod on/off in the Gameplay Options - this will add/remove the Smart Heal potion to/from your inventory - useful if you somehow lose it.
That's it. I'm sure there are other mods out there that do the same thing, but probably with extra stuff I don't want thrown in. So this my very simple version.
