Does what it says on the tin. You go from starting the tour, to meeting Shinya Voss and skip over the merchants.
Simple QOL edit for the in-game mission CF02 "Rook Meets King" to save time on one of the game's more tedious moments, especially in NG+. Following behavior still feels immersive. Escort missions are the worst, especially when player movement doesn't match the NPC movement.
