Replaces the cowboy on the painting that hangs in the Akila freestar bar to the Desert Ranger / Courier from Fallout New Vegas
This is a mod I've lowkey wanted to do since release. The Freestar Collective seem like a straight homage to Fallout New Vegas and the original painting felt like that one Lonesome Road concept art of the Courier to me.
Just a retex so no conflicts, no requirements, no plugins needed.
Packaged for MO2:
If you're on vortex open the mod up, make a "Data" folder and drag everything in.
