Qoo New Legendary Effect

This mod adds the following Legendary effects (which appear normally from loot, etc.)

Weapon Legendaries

・Vampire (Legendary Rank 1)

Recovers health when an attack hits

・Aristocrat (Legendary Rank 1)

Damage increases by up to 30% depending on the number of credits you possess.

・Lone Wolf (Legendary Rank 1)

When acting alone, damage dealt increases by 40%.

・Executioner (Legendary Rank 1)

If the target's health is below 40%, damage is increased by 30%.

・Organ Trafficker (Legendary Rank 2)

When you defeat a humanoid enemy, there is a 10% chance that their organs will be removed

・Invisible (Legendary Rank 2)

When you defeat a target, you become invisible to the enemy.

・Lucky (Legendary Rank 2)

Critical hit chance increases by 25%.

・Quantum-Fed (Legendary Rank 2)

When a magazine is empty, there is a 25% chance to acquire ammunition equal to the magazine’s maximum capacity.

・Cooling Explosion (Legendary Rank 3)

Fires a round with a 10% chance to cause a cooling explosion.

・Two Shot (Legendary Rank 3)

Fires an additional round. However, the damage per shot is reduced.

・Skirmisher (Legendary Rank 3)

Damage dealt increases by 30% while moving and not looking through the gun’s sights.

・Electrician's (Legendary Rank 4)

Upon reloading, there is a 50% chance to emit an electromagnetic wave, paralyzing nearby targets for 3 seconds.

・Ice Crusher (Legendary Rank 4)

Inflicts critical damage on frozen enemies with a certain probability. This probability is 15% for semi-automatic weapons, 5% for fully automatic weapons, 30% for melee weapons, and 50% for explosive weapons.

・Kill Clip (Legendary Rank 4)

When you defeat an enemy, your reload speed increases by 100% for 10 seconds. If you complete a reload during this time, the damage you deal increases by 40% for 10 seconds.

・Power Absorb (Legendary Rank 4)

Defeating an enemy restores Star Power.

・Quantization (Legendary Rank 4)

The weapon’s weight becomes 0, but it becomes useless as a weapon.

・Treasure Hunter (Legendary Rank 4)

Defeating non-Legendary human enemies may yield Legendary gear.
