Intends to make Cutters a more legitimate weapon choice.
By way of the following changes:
- Rare, epic, and legendary cutters added to some of the loot tables (mostly vendors).
- Cutters added by this mod spawn with randomized damage based on your level, up to 99 at Lv250.
- Cutters come in 3 skins, the basic red, worn red, and yellow (like Heller's); red cutters work with the Old Mars skin.
- Nerf the Lasers skill rank 4 burning proc damage and duration by 2/3rds (this skill is OP even after nerf).
