Addon to Level Up Message System (LUMS) that adds messages to the game that display on level up to add some flavor to leveling up.
This addon contains the 20 level up messages from Oblivion for the first 20 levels with the 20th being displayed at levels 21 and up.
Created to show what can be done with the system.
Requires Level Up Message System (LUMS)
