HOW TO GET
You can buy from any of the Trade Authority vendors
You can also buy from the Nomad Vendor located at the Nomad Settlement on Earth.
You can also use the console commands by pressing ~ and typing Help Nomad to get the ID number.
Then type in player.additem IDNumberHere

FOLLOW THESE STEPS IF YOU HAVE UPDATED, OR THE ITEMS DONT SHOW IN STORE
-Remove items from character, and then save the game with the old version uninstalled.
-After that you should be able to install the new version without any problems.
-For items to show up in stores wait 48 hours in game.
