A simple SFSE plugin that disables the forced handbrake for Land Vehicles and allows the player to pull the handbrake (over the foot brake) with a custom hotkey.
The hotkey can be defined in NoVehicleAutoHandbrake.ini (default INI) or NoVehicleAutoHandbrakeCustom.ini (Custom INI).

The hotkey's value is a Virtual Key Code, e.g. iHandbrakeHotkey=0x20 is the Spacebar.
