NGPlus skip main quest tweaks (Vlad Noel Walter Viewport SAL-6830 and more)

What's it do?

The mod enables:

- Noel and Vlad will buy organics and surveys, respectively.  This is enabled immediately after your first conversation when you enter the lodge and choose to skip the main quest.

- Walter will offer you Overdesigned.  This is enabled after Sarah hands you their artifacts and tells you to find the Emissary and the Hunter.  NOTE: You'll have to leave/re-enter the lodge for his conversation to trigger.

- You'll get the SAL-6830, after you finish Overdesigned and claim your reward.

- Nyssa will ask for more help with her restaurant, after you finish Overdesigned and claim your reward.

- A Light in the Darkness can now be completed in NG+ when you skip the main quest!

- You can recruit Lin, Heller, Moara Otero, and Rafael Aguerro

- Lin and Heller are waiting for you on Vectera, at the Argos site.

- Moara is waiting at The Broken Spear in Cydonia.

- Rafael is waiting at The Viewport in New Atlantis

Strewth!  And it mostly takes advantage of vanilla stuff, so no intrusive modifications required!

But...why?

I finally make a Unity jump and didn't play the main quest...and was disappointed that suddenly Noel wasn't interested in organic sample analysis and Vlad didn't care about planetary surveys, and Walter didn't want help with his business - which means I didn't get the SAL-6830.  And I found it odd that I couldn't help Nyssa at the Viewport any longer, because it required completion of one of Walter's quests.  I didn't find any mods that modified this behavior (or, in the case of the SAL-6830, in a way I liked), so...

Okay, how does it do it?

Through the use of the story manager, custom quests, a new conversation, and a new constructible object - no vanilla edits.  Everything is wrapped in checks to verify you're in MQ402 (NG+ skip main quest).

Story manager triggers

When you enter New Atlantis (specifically the docking area) it makes the following checks:

- If you've been told to find the other main Starborn after skipping the main quest (MQ402 stage 600 completed)

- If you've finished Overdesigned and claimed the reward (MS05Reward stage >= 1000)

- If I've already enabled the Overdesigned follow-on quests (My custom quest not completed)

If those checks pass, then it runs a small quest which will check the state of the first Viewport quest (Distilling Confidence), and if you've finished it sets the stages such that she'll offer the next quests in the sequence (Liquid Assets then Drinks on the House).
