New Skill Magazines - Frieren. Beyond Journeys End

Adds 5 manga volumes of Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End into the game as skill magazines.

Each magazine will increase your magic ability significantly.

By default, all 5 magazines appear in the lodge next to the fireplace. If you don't want to become overpowered too quickly, the magazines have been added to the loot pool for "rare" books.

This should not affect any existing mods, please do contact me if it does, at dev@range.software

I am currently trying to figure out how to add my own sound file so it plays the Frieren theme when you pick up the book. Feel free to reach out if you know!

Details:

Under the hood, the game treats starborn powers as "magic" (I presume since they reused code from Skyrim)

And each power has some attributes like area of effect, damage %, and how long do damages last, as well as how much energy does it cost to activate.

Collecting each book increases the 'magic level':

Level 1:

Permanently decreases magic cost by 20%, increase magic duration by 100%

Level 2:

Permanently decreases magic cost by 30%, increase area of effect by 20%

Level 3:

Permanently decreases magic cost by 40%, increases spell damage by 50%

Level 4:

Permanently decreases magic cost by 50%, increase range by 50%

Level 5:

Permanently decreases magic cost by 80%, increase all magic stats by 200%

One issue I noticed is that the area of effect at level 5 is quite wide, so any attacks that has an area of effect (like solar flare) has a chance to attack and damage your companions or anybody nearby. Please be careful when setting these off near settlements. Balancing patch on the way...

Side note: I have not read the manga just yet, but absolutely loved the anime, the characters, the world and most importantly, the theme of cherishing those you love while they are around, and passing on their memories.
