New Homestead - New Dawn

At a time when humanity is once again looking toward the Moon and the stars, and as Starfield enters a new era with upcoming updates, this mod revisits one of its most iconic locations : NEW HOMESTEAD (on TITAN)

As with my previous overhauls, the goal is simple:

• []bring coherence and purpose to an underwhelming settlement[/]

  []reinforce its strategic and historical importance[/]

  []while fully respecting its retro, vintage, almost timeless atmosphere[/]

  In vanilla, New Homestead always felt… off.

  • []lack of logical infrastructure[/]

    []poor use of space[/]

    []repetitive NPCs[/]

    []clutter that makes the place feel abandoned rather than preserved[/]

    Yet, lore tells us that its inhabitants take pride intheir heritage. So why does it feel neglected?

    This mod aims to fix that, by making New Homestead feel like a living, maintained, and meaningful place ...one you actually want to visit again.

    • []Added a UC Command / Control Tower on top of the main building[/]

    • []Replaced vanilla habs with 2 residential towers for tourists[/]

    • []Added a secondary landing pad behind the settlement (tourist traffic)[/]

    • []Added a panoramic walkway overlooking Titan’s methane lake[/]

    • []Added 2 large radio telescopes in the background[/]

    • []Improved terrain with rocks and ice formations forbetter relief[/]

    • []Added 2 custom “NEW HOMESTEAD” welcome signs on both landing pads[/]

    • []Added a crane on the main landing pad[/]

    • []Added multiple REV-8 vehicles (patrol & tourism)[/]

    • []Improved lighting at the main entrance[/]

    • []Reworked exterior hab colors (from bathroom blue to aluminum tones)[/]

    • []Relocated 3 generators higher in the settlement[/]

    • []Removed excessive clutter from the main landing pad[/]

    • []Removed illogical clutter (paper cups, trash bags at -180°C…)[/]

    • []Fixed various vanilla terrain issues (floating objects, bad angles) [/]
