I have fully tested the main story, the Ryujin side quest, and all side missions in Neon City, as well as a few other quests that involve Neon City. All of them can be completed smoothly with no crashes at all.

I've never been fully satisfied with the appearance of Neon City;

it just doesn't look like a real city.

So I've expanded it to make it look more like an actual city rather than just a fishing platform,

bringing it closer to how it appears in the concept art.

During the expansion,

I strictly followed the original layout and navigation, and made careful changes and additions to the area.

Therefore, it should not affect any quests.

However, if any issues arise, please let me know.

Features of this mod:

Greatly expanded and redesigned the appearance of Neon City to make it more magnificent and spectacular.

Added more dynamic billboards and special effects, giving it a stronger cyberpunk vibe.

Added 36 different fully decorated shops,

each with its own unique interior style and signboard,

Only three of these new shops are functional for purchases: the café, the Chunk stall and the real estate office. The rest are purely decorative. They have vendors, but no actual goods are available for sale.

plus 9 customizable player homes.

In the space-scarce Neon City,

each shop and property has a compact layout,

making it more in line with the city’s character.

Neon City now features more neon lighting effects and dynamic billboards.

All billboards are brand new and exclusive to Neon City;

they will not take the place of the original game’s billboards.

Moreover, all billboards are replaceable,

so you can freely change them to any patterns you like.

All lighting and interior effects were adjusted and created using the vanilla version.

Results will vary if you use mods that modify the original filters.

You can equip the mannequins in the clothing store with your favorite gear for display.

There are moving ships on the sea and rotating fish floating in the air.
