First rover mod is here: Classic alternative for REV-8!
Hello hello this mod replaces REV-8 with iconic NASA Lunar Rover. The model is the very same static mesh found in the game, but it has undergone extensive rework: optimization, rebaking, retexturing, remodeling, and finally full conversion into a player-controlled vehicle.
Even though I made this mod with tongue in cheek, my goal was to maintain atleast decent level of quality. This means the geometry should match player character poses, and all other vehicle features (wheels, suspension, lights, laser, etc.) function properly.
However, this buggy does not have a dedicated rear mount for Vasco (he is still allowed to enter the vehicle - leave no robot behind!)

Buy REV-8 rover from ship technician and moon buggy will spawn near your ship
