1.Устанавливать переводы .esm рекомендуется вручную (скачать и распаковать с заменой в папку /Data, в Vortex сохранить изменения для Legacy of the Mantis).
2.Если же установка через менеджер модов Vortex то для правильной работы модов после выхода обновлений основного мода Legacy of the Mantis, все переводы .esm уже не действительны и их нужно удалить. Можно сразу после установки Legacy of the Mantis и его перевода .esm произвести объединение (выделить оба мода и нажать «объеденить», выбрать основной мод Legacy of the Mantis и продолжить, далее сохранить все изменения) тогда обновление будет проверятся для основного мода Legacy of the Mantis и установка обновлений будет корректной (по сути Vortex сделает тоже что и вы вручную в 1 пункте).
