In Memory of Hijak

Hijak has moved on to the Unity.

Please join me in raising a glass to the Blackest Sea in memory of an incredible friend, creator, and member of our community.

Writing this is difficult, and honestly, I'm still struggling to find the right words.

Hijak was more than a fellow Starfield modder, streamer, and enthusiast. He was a friend, a source of inspiration, and one of the people who helped make this community what it is. After learning of his battle with cancer, I wanted to find a way to ensure that a part of him would always remain in the game we all love.

With the help of ModderTank_Girl444, who generously recreated Hijak's logo for use in Starfield, I created these outpost decorations as a tribute to him and the impact he had on so many of us.

The decorations can be found in the Decorations tab of both the Outpost Builder and Ship Interior Decorator. The mod currently includes three versions:

- two tabletop/shelf displays

- one wall-mounted display.

I hope these items serve as a small reminder of the friendships, creativity, and community that Hijak helped build.

A huge thank you to TankGirl for her amazing work bringing Hijak's logo into Starfield, and to the DarkStar community for helping make this tribute possible.
