📋 About This Mod
About this mod:
A simple SFSE plugin that increases Activate distance, to extend the possible NPC and object interaction radius around the player (e.g., Talk to people, picking up items, activate furnitures, computers, etc.).
The new distance is ~3. 5 yards / 3 meters to keep it within reason.
Update, v2. 0: added options to determine whether to increase the Activate & Interaction Distance only in First Person, Third Person or in both camera modes. Default is both. To change it, see: ..\Starfield\Data\SFSE\Plugins\ExtendedActivationAndNPCInteractionDistance.ini. (It is created when you first load a save with the mod).
Notes: actually the original idea comes from that sometimes sitting NPCs are difficult to interact with from certain angles. Also, I though the an extended activate distance would fit better to the game than the vanilla considering how many distance limits have been dramatically increased for the game (Talk to companions, the handscanner, etc.)..

Install/Uninstall:
Install: either with your mod manager or extract the archive in {... Steam installation folder}\Starfield\Data, just like any SFSE plugins.
Uninstall: either with mod manager or simply remove the extracted plugin file. It doesn't make any permanent changes to your game or save files and can be uninstalled anytime.
