The mod has been remade from the ground up into an ESM-Light/Small Master plugin.
Make a clean save before updating.
The older versions should be fully uninstalled. They were made with experimental tools (and maybe broken) and will no longer be supported.

MOD DESCRIPTION
This mod adds a mash-up of my modified Vladimir's tank top with two versions of miniskirts. This mod is for female characters only.
From Version 2. 0, the tank tops and skirts are separate outfits—you must wear both for this mod to work. Otherwise, you'll either be half-naked or missing some body parts.
How to get the outfit:
- Craft it at the Industrial Workbench at the hefty cost of one fibre. Look for the entries starting with ZY5. You can rename the items later in the Spacesuit Workbench.
- Or, get the outfit by using the console command. Search the IDs by typing: help ZY5
The tank top is available in two fittings:
(1) Enhance - Some subtle adjustments to the body proportion.
(2) Enhance Plus - It should be pretty obvious.
Two versions of the miniskirt are available:
V1 is the leather skirt from my UC Navy Officer Uniform mod.
V2 is a new skirt modified from the Settler Casualwear.
The default outfits include long boots. An optional shoe variant or barefoot option is also available.
The outfits have a +5% critical damage and +10% persuasion chance bonus effects.
The weight is only 0. 1, so you can carry all of them and change them whenever you want.
Both the tank tops and the skirts have customisable skins. You can change them at the Spacesuit Workbench. Use the default skins for another retexture mod that modifies Vladimir's outfit.
An Accessory Mod is also available to allow further customisation of the outfit.

Download the main file via a mod manager.

According to the lore (citation needed), thanks to UC Surplus, military mini skirts and boots are now available for all civilians of the Settled System.
