I don't believe I am the only one who was bothered by the chaos in my notes menu from all the different survey slates?
This is a simple mod that renames all of the planet survey data slates. The unorganised slates in my inventory were driving me mad.
Literally what is say on the tin. The slates used to be like JEMISON SURVEY DATA, now they are SURVEY DATA: JEMISON.
Made with SF1Edit, three simple edits to Message entries.

• Worked on my old save with both already existing data slates in my inventory and a new one that popped up.
• Not compatible with mods that also edit the names of the Survey data slates (Message entries)
• Compatible with mods that add NEW survey slates, edit the quest rewards and the like
• Should work for both Game Pass and Steam version of the game and new and old saves.
As always, you can use my all assets and resources for mods that are not in anyway paywalled.
