Crowd Gun Fear

I found it unrealistic and immersion breaking when discharging your firearms doesn't scare let alone startle people in cities, so you know what? This mod makes it so that they do get scared!

Oh, and don't worry the Security won't exactly fine for it, but they will "frown" you just like how they "frown" you for driving cars in cities! And nobody will care if you are using the Cutter, so miners are okay!

Something to note: Discharging firearms away from public areas will sometimes not startle people. Its mainly only if you are closeby (in cities) when firing then it will scare people. There is a cooldown for the crowd gun fear, so you can sometimes blast your gun away near people and they won't give a damn until you do it long enough. It's just way how the game handles player fire events.

Certain areas like the Astral Lounge will not startle people. Probably because they are in Aurora.

Main difference when compared to the Scared of Shootings mod: You don't iccur a bounty when discharging firearms and grenades.

No requirements besides the base game. Shouldn't conflict with anything.

UPDATE: If you are running an SFSE mod named Souls of Cities that replaces the Generic Civilians with Real NPCs then this mod won't affect them.

This is a small master mod file, so it doesn't take up a slot.

XBOX VERSION

Q: Stuff are invisible, sounds are missing, etc.

A: Restart Starfield. Quit to desktop/close app and then relaunch. Yes, I'm serious.
