This is a step by step Tutorial, a Level 1 Fresh Save File and a CharGen Menu Preset for a female present i made named Valkyrie that was loosely based off of Ripley from Alien.
Attention: For those that want to know the Biometric used for this face is Biometric 2 the first female present in that list of ID's.

Character Background: Bounty Hunter "Piloting, Targeting Control Systems, Jet Pack Training"
Character Traits: Hero Worshipped, Kid Stuff, Taskmaster
Fresh Level 1 Save File:
If you want to use the Level 1 save then drop the .svs file in the Level 1 Save Folder into the Saves folder at this location:
This PC > Documents > My Games > Starfield > Saves
or
This PC > Windows (C:) > Users > User Name > Documents > My Games > Starfield > Saves
CharGen Menu Preset:
If you want to use the preset for the CharGen menu then you will need to download the CharGen mod and the Starfield Script Extender and then download the Present file and drop it into this location
C:\Users\UserName\Documents\My Games\Starfield\SFSE\Plugins\Chargen\Presets
