Bayus Penthouse as Player Home Apartment

This mods adds a new penthouse to Neons Trade Tower, using the interior of Bayus Penthouse! For the most part I left the interior as it was because I think Bethesda did a great job furnishing this apartment. I added a workshop room, added space for weapons, mannequins, storage and a radio and fixed some issues the original location had (some floating objects mostly).

The original penthouse from Bayu did not got touched at all, this is just a copy of that penthouse turned into a player home!

✧˖°・ Unlocking the Penthouse ・°˖✧

Head over to Neons Trade Tower and use the same elevator that leads to the Sky Suite (bottom elevator, not the one next to the Astral Lounge!) and select the Luxurious Penthouse floor. Next to the door will be a terminal that allows you to purchase the house.

Seeing that Neons prices are quite high, this penthouse will only cost you 400,000 Credits!

But what would Neon be without a little cyber crime? Once you reach Security Rank 3 or higher, a new option appears on the terminal that allows you to hack it - changing the price to 100,000 Credits.

• []All decorations and clutter are static.

  []Working decorator panel inside the penthouse space.

  []Furniture for each room can be disabled/enabled as you wish

  []To do this use either the terminal in the office or entrance area and head to Furniture Options

[]Kitchen/Bar and Office shutters can be interacted with via switches

[]All crafting workbenches are available, including a working stove

[]A radio that can play Astral Lounge, Euphorika or Madam Sauvage music

• []There are two radio objects, one in the kitchen/bar and the other in the office area to swap between stations

  []Music will cycle through the 3 stations and will turn off when you cycle again at the last station

  []The radio can also be controlled via the office and entrance terminal under Penthouse Radio

• []All inventories are connected to any workbenches, allowing for use of their inventories while crafting

  []The total storage capacity is 16,300

• []Can be swapped between Female and Male

  []To do this use either the terminal in the office or entrance area and head to Administration
